Event & Building Use Requests
for external and non-ministry events
Please read through the following completely before filling out a request. Many different activities take place every week in the church building. Dates and facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Hours of Availability

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
Events must be completed by 9:00 p.m. to ensure that the building can be closed by 9:30 p.m.
Saturday, 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Events must be completed by 12:00 p.m. to ensure that the building can be closed by 1:00 p.m. The sanctuary is only available per A/V approval on Saturdays.
Events that take place here are normally after hours and require extra time from staff or extra services that we normally do not have in our systems of operation. As a result, extra personnel costs are increased. The costs to provide these services are charged back to the event and the organization putting it on.
The normal fees we charge include the assistance of a Sound Technician, Custodial Services, and Event Coordinator for weddings. After completing the online request form, an estimate of costs will be issued to you if applicable. All costs are subject to your needs and are not locked-in until closer to your event when details are most clear.
