Description:
Joshua was not ready to lead until he had received the calling of God and anointing of the Spirit. God will call each one of us into specific assignments during our lives. All of God’s assignments are accompanied by God’s anointing. Anointing simply refers to God’s act of empowering a person for an assignment. God will never call you into an assignment without empowering you for that assignment. Faithfulness requires that we discern God’s callings and walk in His anointing.
