For those of you who love to get into the Christmas spirit, we will be putting up Christmas decorations in the lobby and worship center.
Women’s Christmas Dinner
Tuesday, December 9, 6:00-9:00 p.m.
A festive evening meant to focus our hearts on Christ during the busy holiday season. Come and share a meal, sing Christmas carols and hear an encouraging word!
Christmas Eve Service
Wednesday, December 24. 5:00 p.m.
“God Came Down” – Exodus 3:7-8
Come sing, read scripture, and worship the living Christ at a special Christmas Eve Service for the whole family.
Christmas Advent Devotional
Our pastors are putting together a devotional to lead us in worship celebrating and reflecting on the advent season.
The word “Advent” means “arrival” or “coming”. The four weeks leading up to Christmas, join us as we take time to reflect on the first arrival of Christ and to look forward in hope to the future arrival of Christ.
Giving to those in need
Operation Christmas Child – Shoebox Outreach
Shoebox donations were collected in November to be delivered by Christmas. We participate in Operation Christmas Child each year through Samaritan’s Purse. Gifts for children in need are packed in shoeboxes and shipped around the world in order to share the love and news of Jesus Christ.
Christmas Blessings
Sunday, November 23-Sunday, December 14
Every year we support families in need from the church and local community by blessing them with gifts and gift cards at Christmas. Requests are printed on Gift Tags (listed anonymously) and hung in the church lobby. You are invited to read the requests and choose one or several to purchase. Further instructions are written on the tags.
