Pastor Josh continues His series entitled Graciously Exposed, where he is teaching us how God redeems our suffering. This week we will be in Psalm 46 and will learn how suffering exposes fear in our lives. Few things reveal our true character more than our fears. Fear reveals who we are, what we want, whom we trust, and what matters most to us. Fear is a reality in all our lives. However, we do not have to live with fear. It is not from God, and it can be overcome. We fight fear with the reality of who God is. As you prepare for Sunday, prayerfully read through Psalm 46 and look for these three things: (1) God’s protection, (2) God’s presence, and (3) God’s position. How does each of these three things wage war on fear?
