Description:
To seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness is to seek first the King. The ultimate pursuit of our lives is the King, Jesus Christ. There are many people who seek the things of the kingdom but end up missing the King.

To seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness is to seek first the King’s Lordship. When we come to Christ, we submit all that we have to Him, but this is the first step in a life of daily submission. We must submit to His Lordship every single day.

To seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness is to seek first the King’s agenda. The natural outflow of seeking Christ’s Lordship is our commitment to be passionate about the things Christ is passionate about. Our greatest agenda should be loving Him, and loving others by leading them to trust and follow Christ.
