Although Ruth might not appear to be a great series to start on Easter, Ruth is actually a resurrection story. It is the story of how God providentially redeems the life of someone in a devastating situation and makes something beautiful out of it. Ruth is a Gospel story. It is the story about how God graciously works in the life of ordinary people to accomplish His magnificent purposes.
