Pastor Josh leads us through the second word picture Jesus utilizes at the end of the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 7:15-20. In this word picture, there are two types of prophets. Walking the way of the kingdom demands that you are able to identify false prophets. This requires you to be alert and discerning. Prepare for Sunday by prayerfully reading Matthew 7:15-20. What is the significance of the first command in verse 15, “Beware of false prophets”? What is implied in this command? How does Jesus tell us to identify false prophets?
